Cinema in the Snow is an indoor experience in Hackney showing classic Christmas films every day from the 10th December up to Christmas Eve. Brought to you by Pop Up Screens, who put on hugely successful outdoor showings during the warmer months across London, it’s guaranteed to get you in the festive mood.
Some of the films on offer include Elf, Home Alone, Frozen, Love Actually, Miracle On 34th Street, and It’s A Wonderful Life, meaning there’s something for everyone. There’s also a bar and snacks on offer to accompany your film.

London is known as the UK’s capital of theatre, meaning there are lots of shows across the city this holiday season from beautiful ballets to family fun performances.
Whether you fancy a traditional pantomime, like Dick Whittington at the London Palladium, a timeless performance of The Nutcracker at the Royal Opera House, or the hilarious Nativity! The Musical at the Eventim Apollo, you’ve got a whole host of options to choose from.
Or, if a show isn’t to your fancy, try catching a Christmas concert. There are carol singers around Trafalgar Square’s Christmas tree throughout December, the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home’s Carol Concert, or attend one of the performances for the Royal Albert Hall’s Christmas Festival.
